Bonnie went above & beyond in the handling of the sale of our home on College Park, MD. We are living in AZ & Bonnie was always there to assist in handling everything for us. She went leaps and bounds helping us from June until the sale on 19 Dec 2020. She arranged to meet with the tenant (who was not by any means maintaining our home per the terms that were in the lease) and reviewed the home for us taking pictures to illustrate how bad the maintenance had gotten.  I do not know of any realtor that has put so much to assist the owner in the sale of their property.
